2. Why we use the data
To create and manage an account, publish listings, enable communication between Users, ensure security, improve services, for statistics, and to fulfill obligations set by law.
3. Legal grounds
Data is processed in accordance with the Republic of Armenia law “On the Protection of Personal Data” on the basis of the User’s consent, performance of the contract, and legislative requirements.
4. Data transfer
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties, except:
- in cases established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia (authorized state bodies);
- to partners providing services (hosting, payment systems — for internal services, analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics), within the limits of strict necessity.
5. Retention period
Data is stored for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or legislative requirements. After an account is deleted, data is removed or anonymized, except as required by law.
