To keep RentSpace a high-quality and trustworthy platform, the following rules apply:
- Accuracy. The listing title, description, and price must match reality.
- Photos. Only real, high-quality photos of the given item/service may be posted. Images taken from other websites or bearing watermarks are prohibited.
- Duplication. Creating more than one listing for the same item is prohibited.
- Correct category. The listing must be placed in the section appropriate to it.
- Price and terms. Specify the rental price (hour/day/week/month), deposit terms, and the delivery/pickup option, if applicable.
- Contact details. Do not include other people’s data in the listing without their consent.
- Prohibited goods. Listings for goods/services prohibited by law are not allowed (see section 7 of the Terms of Use).
- Paid services. To increase visibility (Top, VIP, “Urgent”, Renewal), set rates apply.
Moderation. The Administration has the right to review, edit, or remove listings that violate the rules and to suspend the relevant accounts without refunding paid amounts.
